Clery (Campus Security) Act

Campus Security and Fire Report:

The U produces two Annual Security and Fire Safety reports, one for Utah Main Campus and one for the Utah Asia Campus. They include statistics about criminal offenses, hate crimes, arrests and referrals for disciplinary action, and Violence Against Women Act offenses. They also provide information about safety and security-related services offered by the University of Utah.

This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning fires in on-campus student housing facilities and concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the University of Utah, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.

The report also includes institutional policies and other materials concerning campus security and fire safety, including policies concerning student sexual assault.
